Andy Lau (Reuters photo)HONG KONG - Hong Kong actor Andy Lau has been hospitalised after falling off a horse while filming a commercial in Thailand, Apple Daily reported. A source told Apple Daily that Lau was riding on the horse in Khao Lak near Bangkok when it threw him off and trampled on him. Taiwan's EBC news channel reported that Lau was believed to have suffered spinal fractures and was taken to a local hospital. He had since been transferred to a hospital in Hong Kong. A statement issued by Lau's company Focus Artistes said the actor suffered "serious spinal injuries but all is well and he is currently being looked after by medical professionals".
